By accessing and using the ReConnect Integrative Center website (www.reconnecthealth.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Our Services

ReConnect Integrative Center, led by Dr. Carolina Castaños, Psy.D., provides integrative mental health and wellness services including:

• Neurostimulation sessions (NeuroReset)
• Neurostimulation combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (NeuroVitalize)
• The 12-Week ReConnect Intensive Program
• Individual and Couples Therapy
• The Moving On Breakup Recovery Program
• Family Business Consulting

Not Emergency Services

Important: ReConnect Integrative Center does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

Booking and Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary and last approximately 20 minutes. By booking a consultation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Attend your scheduled appointment or cancel with at least 24 hours notice
• Understand that a consultation does not establish a therapeutic relationship

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Specific cancellation policies for programs (such as the 12-Week Intensive) will be provided in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

ReConnect Integrative Center is a self-pay practice. Payment details, including pricing for specific services and programs, will be discussed during your consultation. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
